DIESEL LIVING WITH SELETTI

Innovation and creativity of the brand Diesel Living with Seletti and its Diesel Creative Team meet the experience and the genius of Seletti, the famous Italian brand, to create two incredible series of tableware. They present the original collections MACHINE COLLECTION and COSMIC DINER. MACHINE COLLECTION is inspired by post-industrial design and creates a series of tableware and accessories shaped like screws, gears and cogs. In 2015, the famous design magazine Elle Décor awarded the innovative and revolutionary design of this collection as the best tableware collection with the EDIDA (Elle Decoration International Design Awards) prize. Presented at Salone del Mobile of Milan in 2014 and at Maison&Object in Paris, the MACHINE COLLECTION matches the original accessories such as the ceramic candlesticks TRANSMISSION, the steel wrench-shaped cutlery DIY and the peculiar mirrored glass GHOST SHELL. Planets and universe inspire the COSMIC DINER collection, instead. This original series is formed by plates of different sizes, all inspired by the celestial bodies of the Solar System. From Sun to Moon, from Venus to Pluto, every plate is painted with the colours of each planet: all the shades of their surfaces are reproduced in details. This “spatial” collection won the Wallpaper Design Award 2015. After winning these awards, Stefano Seletti is excited by the results of his collaboration with the Diesel Living with Seletti team and confirms that these two collections are only the beginning of a long series of collaborations.
